Farmhouse cacciamici is located in Central Italy, half-way between Rome and Florence, few kilometres from the toll-exit Chiusi-Chianciano Terme of A1 Milan-Rome motorway (Autosole) and only five minutes from the juncture with the state road SS2, best-known as “Cassia”. Near by are the picturesque abbeys of Sant’Antimo and Monte Oliveto Maggiore, Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, and towns of art as Montepulciano, Chiusi, Arezzo and Perugia. We are at about half an hour driving from Montalcino and three quarters of an hour from the Chianti region, Siena, Orvieto, San Gimignano; little more than an hour driving from Florence, the Tyrrhenian Sea, Viterbo and Assisi, and less than two hours far from Rome. From the farm you can clearly see the profile of Mount Amiata, whose top, equipped with excellent skiing plants, is only thirty kilometres far.

By car:
Motorway "Autostrada del Sole" Milan-Rome A1 (E35):
exit at "Chiusi-Chianciano Terme" and drive towards Chianciano and then towards la Foce - Amiata Mount. Turn to Contignano. At the beginning of the road, you'll find the sign to Cacciamici Farmhouse.
State Road "Cassia" SS2:
- From Rome: State road "Superstrada Cassia" (SS2) - turn towards Chianciano Exit. Drive to Contignano. After 3-4 Km you have to follow the signs to Cacciamici Farmhouse.
- From Siena: State road "Superstrada Cassia" (SS2) - After San Quirico d'Orcia exit, you have to drive for 3-4 Km and follow the sign to Contignano. The Cacciamici Farmhouse is a few of Kilometres from the town.
The entrance of Cacciamici is: on Strada Provinciale 53 ( Via dell’Orcia) between the sixteenth and seventeenth km.
